In 1993 a one person company-Mark Bates Associates-was started in the basement of a modest home in Kentucky. We offered security training and a small selection of tools to our customers. Today we are known as MBA USA, Inc. We have continued to add new classes and equipment, as well as a helpful staff to assist you. We still believe in offering personal service to each and every customer. During regular business hours you will never get lost in "voice-mail limbo". All calls are answered personally and promptly by our dedicated staff. We offer world-class training at our new education center, but insist on keeping our classes small (never more than 12 students) in order to maintain our high standards.
